Join us for a night under the stars to learn about what's out there in the night sky!

**CANCELLED: Due to the uncertainty of the forecast and potential for severe weather, we have decided to cancel this event. Please join us in May!**

We will have telescopes set up to help you view the night sky as well as volunteers teaching about stars and constellations! Please bring a RED light, no white lights please. Be mindful of your vehicle headlights when arriving and leaving this event.
 
If you are an astronomy enthusiast with your own telescope, please feel free to bring one with you! If you would like to volunteer for this event to help teach about the night sky, please email lakebrownwoodsp@tpwd.texas.gov.

• What to bring: red light, folding chair or blanket
• Where to meet: Day Use Area
• This event is free with park admission.
• Program is weather dependent. Please call our office during operating hours (8:30 AM-4:30 PM) to check the status of the program.
