Fishing with a Ranger

Have you ever wanted to learn how to fish but don't know how to get started?

Join a ranger who will be at the fishing pier and learn all about the basics of fishing, knot tying, and catch/size limits. Then go out and try to catch your own fish!

Don't own a pole? You can borrow one of ours or you are welcome to bring your own! Bring your own bait preferred. 

All experience levels welcomed!

Meet: Fishing Pier Parking Lot

Bring: Water, sunscreen, bug spray. 

Wear:  Dress for the weather.

Park programs are open to the public and free with park entrance ($4 per person ages 13 and up; children 12 and under are free). No need to register -- just show up
