Inking The Constitution: Ink Making Class

Bring your whole family to the park to learn how to make the ink our founders used to sign the constitution 250 years ago! This is an America 250 Program.

What To Expect: 

Ink supplies are provided. Create natural ink while learning about the history behind it. 

You will be given paper and a quill to practice your penmanship with the ink you made. And you get to keep the paper!

When: July 4th at 10am

Where: Castle Pavilion

What to Bring: Drinking Water

Accessibility: The Castle Pavilion is flat and shaded. The parking area is a hundred feet from the program, but it is not paved to and from the parking and castle.

The ground is flat but normal bumps found in grass fields may be present while navigating to the building.
