First Day Hikes

Join us at Lake Livingston State Park for a hike on the 1st day of 2024!
Start 2024 off right with a walk around the park. All hikes will last roughly one hour. The first hike will be at 10:00AM and we will meet at the Pineywoods Boardwalk Trailhead. The second hike will be at 1:00PM and we will meet at the Park Headquarters, then hike Oak Flat Trail. The final hike will be at 3:00PM at the Park Store and will hike part of the Trinity Trace Trail. All hikes should be fairly easy so all age ranges are welcome! Just bring close-toed shoes and good vibes and we will have a great time! I hope see y'all there!
We recommend bringing a bottle of water and wearing comfortable, flat shoes when participating in any activities. Restrooms are available at the Headquarters, Activity Center, Marina, and in each camping loop.

Regular park admission fees of $6 per adult ages 13 and up apply; no additional charge for activities. No reservations necessary.
