This is a FREE Texas Stream Team training with the San Marcos River Rangers. Riparian Evaluation Biomonitors assess the health of waterways based on observations of the bordering landscape (known as riparian areas).
Prerequisites:
- To attend this training, individuals must be at least 14 years of age.
- Preregistration is required. Please email TxStreamTeam@txstate.edu to register for this training.
- To limit the duration of the in-person training, this training will require a prerequisite online module, which must be completed before the day of the training. The prerequisite module should take no more than 45 minutes to complete.
This training will take place inside our Park Recreation Hall and along the Creek at Lockhart State Park. To learn more about the training, please click here.
