Join a park ranger for fun activities revolving around the sun!

Join a park ranger to use the sun to create art and see the sun through our telescope!  Don't worry - we have special sun-viewing glasses and a sun-filtered telescope to view the sun safely. All ages welcome.

Prepare: Wear weather-appropriate clothing and bring a bottle of water. No registration required.

Meet: Meet at the park picnic area. When you enter the park, drive past the pool and take a right-hand turn into the playground area parking lot. 

Fees: Class is free with paid entry into the park. Regular park entrance fees are $3/adult, free for children 12 & under.
