Join us at the Sauer-Beckmann Farm to explore the many uses of milk on a 1918 farm.

Have you ever wondered how to make butter or cheese?

Join us at the Sauer-Beckmann Farm as we make butter, cheese, and talk about the dairy we get here at the farm. We will have hands-on activities like milking our fake cow and churning butter.
We will end the event with a real cow milking demonstration at 3:15 pm!

Where: Sauer-Beckmann Living History Farm (all visitors must check in at visitor center)
When: come and go between 1:00 & 3:30pm; milking demonstration at 3:15pm.
