Damsels and Dragons

Come learn how damsel and dragonflies are important to the ecosystems they live in.

Where: At the bridge.

When: 10-11 am 7/26/24

Damselflies and dragonflies are two creatures that we are quite fond of out here at the park. Important bioindicators, the more of these winged jewels we see flying around the better.

Meet us down by the bridge where we'll be using binoculars to take a look at these flying insects. Please bring a pair of binoculars if you have them, as the ones we can lend are limited.

• Cost: Entry fee is $4 for adults 13+ and FREE 12 & under (Park entry free with Texas State Park Pass.).
