What creatures come out as the moon rises?
Keep your eye out on a night hike to try to spot some nocturnal neighbors! Owls, raccoons, opossums, frogs, bats, and snakes are shy when the sun is up, but as we hike under the moon who knows who we will see!
When: 8:30pm
Where: Martin Creek Lake State Park at the island bridge
What to bring: Wear appropriate clothing for a mile hike at night, Close toed shoes, pants, red light flashlights and headlamps, and bug spray are recommended.
