Stories and Stargazing

Come share the sight of the stars and a few stories mankind has told about them through the years.

When:  July 6, 2024, 8:30PM - 10:00PM

Where:  Headquarters

The stars are out in Martin Creek Lake State Park!  Join us at headquarters at the front of the park where you'll be directed toward our star gazing destination.

We'll discuss how to use the equipment present as well as some of what we'll see that night and the stories associated with them. Bring flashlights and a good pair of binoculars.  A telescope will be present for folks to view the night sky.

• Cost: Entry fee is $4 for adults 13+ and FREE 12 & under (Park entry free with Texas State Park Pass.).
