Observe nocturnal insects at McKinney Falls State Park!

Have you ever wondered about the insects and invertebrate life in your city? Join us for a night of observing nocturnal bugs at McKinney Falls! We’ll attract flying insects to a white sheet to observe them closely, use infrared lights to hunt glowing scorpions and millipedes, and catch bright reflections from spiders’ eyes! Who knows what will show up!

What to bring: Appropriate shoes and clothing, questions. Dress for the weather!

Event is free with paid entrance fees; Adults: $6, Children 12 and under: Free.
