Join Master Naturalist, Aaron Lincoln, for this 1.5-mile hike and discover the world of the Golden-cheeked Warbler and learn about any local birds, geology, and plant life you see along the way.
Difficulty & Length: This is a 1.5 mile hike labeled as moderate due to its length and rocky nature.
Meet: 9:00 am @ the Shinnery Ridge Trailhead
Bring: Bring Water, Sunscreen, Bug Spray, and Closed-Toe Shoes. No equipment or birding skills are needed, but binoculars would be helpful.
Cost: Free with park admission, you can reserve your daily entrance ticket online here. Park admission is free with a Texas Parks Pass.
