Fishing with a Ranger

Come to Mission Tejas and enjoy some fishing at Mission Tejas State Park!

Come join us at Mission Tejas to get a new perspective on pond life and then get ready to wet a line in the hopes of catching a sunfish or catfish!

Please RSVP for this event as we have a limited number of fishing rods to hand out if you don't plan on bringing your own!

Where: Mission Pond at Mission Tejas State Park Day-Use Area.

When: July 25 @ 10 AM.

Cost: $4 per person; no fishing license required. Kids 12 and under are free as well as carriers of a valid Texas State Parks Pass.

What to Bring: If you have your own fishing gear, feel free to bring it! Please wear close-toed shoes and keep your eyes out for weather updates on our Facebook and/or Instagram pages as the event nears.
