Junior Ranger Academy

Come join Ranger Samantha to earn your badge to become the next Junior Ranger!

Put on your thinking cap, and let us explore the trails and park to fill out our Junior Ranger journals. Once the learning and exploring is done, we will welcome our new graduating class of Junior Rangers!

Time/Location: 10:00 am, meeting in front of the Artesian Well by Oxbow Lake 

Bring: Writing utensil, water, sturdy shoes, and appropriate clothing

Hike: This walk will be roughly 0.8 mile to complete the journal

Cost: This event is free with park admission, which is $3 per adult, those 12 and under are free. On weekends, reserve your day use passes online!

Note:

• All ages welcome, children must be accompanied by an adult. 
• If no participants arrive within 10 minutes of the start time, the program will be considered canceled.
