Come learn the basics of fishing from a ranger!
Join us learning the basics of fishing. All ages and stages welcome. No experience required!
Where: Meet at Crappie Cove Day Use area at 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. bring your own fishing pole, or register to borrow one of our loaners while supplies last! No experience required!
Bring: lawn chair, sun screen, hat, water bottle
Cost: Park programs are open to the public and free with a paid park entrance fee of $5 per person ages 13 and up; children 12 and under are always free! Park entry is free with the Texas State Park Pass. No need to register—just show up!
