Wildlife Survey Hike

Join a Master Naturalist in hiking along the river, surveying plant life and wildlife!

The picnic area is a great place to find all sorts of plant life, migrating birds, and emerging insects. We'll be looking for any wildlife we can see, hear, or touch. Flowers, birds, bugs, and reptiles will be our main focus, but who knows what we might find!

• This hike is about 1/2 mile long along flat terrain. Wear comfortable hiking clothing and boots.
• Hike meets at the Picnic Area Parking lot. 
• Child and Dog friendly.
• Normal entrance fees required to enter park, no additional fees to attend event.
