Post Oak Ridge State Park First Bird Walk

Join Ranger Madison for Post Oak Ridge State Park's first bird walk.

Join us for the first bird walk at Post Oak Ridge State Park.

Length: 1.25 miles along a ranch road and through wooded areas.  There is a slight elevation change with some uneven surfaces.  The hike should last about an hour.

Meet: At the entrance gate and a ranger will let you in and show you where to park

Bring: Water, there is no potable water on site. Wear closed-toe shoes.  Camera and binoculars are not required but welcome.

Cost:  Free but registration is required. 

Note: Cell service is limited at the park.
