Fishing for America 250

Come celebrate U.S.A.'s 250th Anniversary by casting a line with us!
Join a ranger for some morning fishin', knot tying, fish ID trivia, and more to celebrate America 250! No fishing license required and great for visitors of all ages and skill levels! Loaner gear provided (limited supply) but personal gear is still welcome!
- Time: 9 am - 11 am
- Meet: Day use fishing pier - features accessible walkway and pier!
- Bring: Plenty of water, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, fishing pole, chair, bug spray, & a snack.
- Cost: Free with park admission ($5 per person 13 years and older). Free entry with Annual Texas State Parks Pass.
Please note: adult supervision is required for minors.
