Women's Hike

Join us for our monthly women's hike!

Join Ranger Kennie in a guided hike along Trailhead Route to Cougar Overlook. Explore the rolling plains of San Angelo State Park and enjoy the sunset up top of the ridge!

Location: Meet at River Bend Campground

Distance: Approximately ~2.5, easy

Trails: Trailhead Route and Ghost Camp Trails

Bring: Water, close-toed shoes, sun protection

*Note - This is an after-hours program. All participants must have an entrance permit including park pass holders. Entrance permits must be reserved ahead of time online or obtained at the Self-Pay Station located at the entrance of the park.

Cost: Free with park admission

• $4 for adults 13 & up.
• Free for children 12 & under.
• Free for Texas State Park Pass holders.
