Rules and Guidelines for Youth Fishing Join Sea Center Texas for a morning of catch-and-release fishing. No registration required. Bring your own equipment (Sea Center will supply volunteers with nets, however, you are responsible for bringing your own rods, bait, chairs, sunscreen, water, etc.) Fishing is for youth 17 and younger, accompanied by an adult Bring your own bait (dead shrimp or squid. Imported shrimp is NOT allowed) No artificial lures Barbless hooks only.
