Alligator Egg Hunt

There are no bunny eggs here, but this program will surely get you in the holiday spirit!

Come learn all about alligators, alligator safety and nesting behaviors. Then go on a scavenger hunt to find laminated "alligator eggs"!

When: Sunday, April 20, 2-3pm

Where:  Around Ponds 1S and 2S, meet at the fishing deck. 

Distance: This program involves a scavenger hunt that will take place around Ponds 1S and 2S. 

Bring: Water. Water fountain located in Heron Plaza near restrooms.

Wear: Lightweight layers, a hat, and comfortable hiking shoes. SPF and bug spray recommended. 

Cost: FREE. Sheldon Lake State Park requires no permits or day-use fees.
