Meet us at the Buck House for a fun morning of birding. All experience levels are welcome, including those who have never been birding.
- We will meet at the Buck House and walk to Agarita Blind and Mid-canyon Trail to see what all we can spot.
- Keep your eyes open for the endangered Golden-cheeked Warblers as they have made their way back to South Llano River State Park to nest.
- Parking is available at Buck House; seating is available at Buck House and Agarita Blind.
- Restrooms are located at park headquarters, camping loop restrooms are currently closed for construction.
- Please bring water if you plan on joining us at the hike on Mid-canyon Trail at the end of this program, refill stations are available at park headquarters and at the Agarita trailhead.
Cost: Free with park admission, and park admission is free with a Texas State Parks Pass. On busy weekends, reserve your day use pass early online! Please note: Be sure you have a day pass purchased for everyone attending.
