Awards Ceremony We plan to host an in-person Awards Ceremony in San Antonio (exact location TBD) on Saturday, June 13, 2026, with a live Zoom option for participants to attend virtually if they prefer.

You will be sent a link for online payment upon submission of your Registration Form. You can use this link to pay independent registration fees directly or forward the link to your sponsor(s) with the amount they will need to pay. All payments will be tied to the official team name, so please make sure that anyone paying fees knows the Team Name to reference.
