Pending TX COM Applications List
A part of the Cultivated Oyster Mariculture (COM) program, includes providing infromation to the public about proposed COM sites and seeking public comment on the proposed activity. After an application has been reviewed and vetted by TPWD staff, a public meeting will be held where TPWD staff present relevent information on the proposed site location and proposed activity. The table below lists information on proposed sites along with a link to register for the virtual public meeting and the deadline for public comments. The link to the site viewer will take you to a map of proposed and permitted COM sites, which also includes site summary information. Public comments can be made via an email to oyster.mariculture@tpwd.texas.gov.
