Hunt compartments vary in size and are flooded with water depths ranging from 6"-18". Temporary blinds may be erected; however, any man-made material must be removed prior to the end of the hunt. The area exists almost entirely within the Trinity River floodplain and is subject to prolonged periods of extensive flooding that may require cancellation of hunts on short notice.
