Due to the extremely rugged terrain of the park, hunters should be prepared for a very strenuous hunt that may occur during severe winter conditions such as freezing rain or snow. Hunters should be prepared for long distance shots of at least 200 yards. Hunters will have access to 2,400 acres of the park. Hunters must check in deer at designated check-in station. Camping available in main park by reservation.

Entire Area; Removal of the harvested animal from portions of the park to the nearest road can be very strenuous because of the terrain and size of the animals. Hunters are responsible for removal of their animals.
