Due to the extremely rugged terrain in portions of the park, hunters should be prepared for a very strenuous hunt that may occur during severe winter conditions such as freezing rain or snow. Hunters should be prepared for long distance shots of at least 200 yards. Removal of the harvested animal from portions of the park to the nearest road or pickup point can be very strenuous. Hunters are responsible for removal of their animal.
