Non-permitted hunters, visitors, and family members will not be allowed in the park during hunts, except for a non-hunting adult assisting a permitted hunter with mobility disabilities. Camping will be available in the park for allowed hunters. The standard overnight camping fees will apply. Campsites with water and electricity will be available. Standby hunters wishing to participate in hunts must report to the San Angelo State Park headquarters located at 3900 Mercedes St., in San Angelo, TX no later than 9:59 a.m. on the first day of each scheduled hunt. Please do not report to the park entrance station. Staff there cannot process standby hunters.
