Apple Cider Brandy Sauce

This is a key recipe for the Wild Boar Schnitzel.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup apple juice concentrate, thawed
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons red onion, diced
  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ½ cup brandy
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon white pepper

Instructions

Combine in a saucepan, bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, and cook 10 minutes.
