Description

The Playa Lakes, Armstrong Unit is 160 acres located in Castro County The WMA has a playa lake surrounded by grassland and reseeded farmland. Wildlife viewing from the surrounding roads is the only activity at this location. This environment attracts migratory waterfowl and shorebirds during the fall, winter, and spring.
