Circum-Gulf Migrants
Defined as those bird species that generally migrate by "hugging" the coastline from Mexico through Texas in spring and the reverse in fall (usually they do not cross Gulf of Mexico waters). Bird migration is not black or white. This list is meant as a tool, not a rule. This is not a complete list.
