TFFC Programs and Activities

  • Educational Programming
    Educational programming at TFFC promotes the wise use and conservation of Texas’ natural resources.
  • Aquaria and Exhibits
    300,000 gallons of aquaria and other exhibits allow study of native Texas fish in natural environments.
  • Production Hatchery
    A state-of-the- art production hatchery stocks superior fish into Texas public waters.
  • Freshwater Fishing Hall of Fame
    A museum and hall of fame honor the traditions and heritage of freshwater fishing in Texas.
  • Interpretive Wetlands Trail
    A wheelchair-accessible trail emphasizes ecology and the interrelationships among aquatic habitats.
  • ShareLunker Program
    The Toyota ShareLunker Program works to enhance largemouth bass genetics.
