Return to Texas Fish Art Contest page

The Texas Freshwater Fisheries Center in Athens is the official host for the Texas Fish Art Contest. Texas entries are judged there, and state contest winners are displayed in the visitor center. Winning Texas entries are forwarded to Wildlife Forever's headquarters in White Bear Lake, Minnesota, to compete for national awards

Toyota Bassmaster Texas Fest sponsors state contest winning prizes and state contest winners are invited to attend an awards ceremony each summer at Texas Freshwater Fisheries Center.

First, second and third place winners from each age division are displayed on this page. In addition to these, 28 entries received honorable mentions. Print-quality images of Texas winners can be found in the TPWD Flickr gallery.
