How to Submit a Compliment
NOTE: If you are wishing to file a complaint, please read the Complaint Investigation and Resolution if you have not done so already. General complaints should be submitted in writing on the TPWD Complaint Form (PWD-185).
(It is recommended that you print these instructions and have them on hand while reviewing the TPWD Compliment Form (PWD-1452)).
- Compliments can be submitted on the TPWD Compliment Form (PWD-1452).
- Fill in each blank with the requested information. Blank pages may be inserted between the first page and the signature page if additional space is needed.
- In the body of the form, please let us know how an employee or the Department did well. If known, provide the name the TPWD employee or give sufficient information to allow the Department to identify the employee so we can share with him or her and the appropriate management team.
- If you would like to be contacted, please include your address, telephone number, or email so a member of the department can contact you.
- The completed compliment form may be submitted by mail, email, or in person to the Office of Internal Affairs (listed below).

Internal Affairs does not process ADA Accessibility complaints. ADA complaints should follow the procedures set forth by the TPWD ADA Coordinator.
