General Information

How Do I Become A License Agent?
Complete License Agent Application (PWD 893) , W9 form, and submit with voided check and equipment deposit ($150 for a PC kit or $300 for a Thin Client kit).  Please make sure to review the check list at the bottom of the application to ensure all required documentation is submitted.  Questions can be directed to the License Section at 512-389-4820.
