Pine Cone Feeder Craft

Create your own pine cone feeder to take home and help migratory birds refuel!

Accessibility: Parking will be available near Boat House and surrounding areas. Restroom is available at Boat House. Drinking water is available nearby and bottled water is available for purchase inside the park store. Path consists of pavement and mowed grass with possibly a few steps and slopes.

Program Expectations: Program will consist of creating pine cone feeders using pine cones, peanut butter, bird seed, hot glue, and twine. There will also be a short talk about migratory birds and bird feeder ethics. All materials provided!

Program is included with park entry fees: $4 per person ages 13 and older, 12 and under are free. Programs are subject to cancellation in the event of inclement weather. Dress for the weather!
