Adopt-a-Highway Clean-Up

Give back to the park you love to visit and help keep our entrance road clean.

Join us for an adopt-a-highway volunteer morning as we work along FM 205 removing litter from the sides of the road.  Safety vests, trash bags, trash pickers, additional work gloves provided.

Time: 9:00 am to 10:30 am

Ages: 16 years and up

(We can establish a route within the park for families with younger volunteers)

Bring: Water, snacks, work gloves, sturdy shoes, protective clothing

Register: Email Ranger Katy Tiedemann ahead of time to register as a volunteer for Dinosaur Valley State Park. Participating volunteers must register one day ahead of time.

Workdays are subject to cancellation based on the weather and trail conditions.  This posting will be updated with changes as needed.

After the workday, enjoy free entry to the park.  Volunteers will not need to purchase a Day Use Pass for trail maintenance mornings.
