Mindfulness Hike and Yoga

Skip the stores this Black Friday and spend time outdoors!

This Black Friday, opt outside instead and join us at Dino Valley for a hike to our overlook, followed by gentle yoga at our limestone ledge while enjoying the sunset. We will have some mats available to borrow; however, if you have your own, please bring it. 

Trail: Limestone Ledge Trail

Length: 1.5 miles round trip

Difficulty: Moderate

Meet: Main Track Site Parking lot

Bring: Water, sturdy shoes, flashlight, yoga mat, dress for the weather.

Cost: Free with park admission. Park admission is free with a Texas Parks Pass.
