Tree Trek

Test your knowledge and have some fun learning how to identify trees.

Join a ranger to learn about different ways to identify trees growing in the park.  Bring your observation skills and nature journals as we explore leaf shapes, branching structures and tree diversity.  After a short sit-down program, we will go on a 1-mile walk in search of the trees we learned about.

Bring: water, bug spray, weather appropriate clothing

Cost: Free with park admission. Park admission is free with a Texas Parks Pass.
