Birding the San Antonio River Trail

Green jays and robins and crows, oh my! With so many birds to be found along the San Antonio River, who knows what we will see!

New and experienced birders alike are welcome to join us as we search for birds along the San Antonio River Trail. We will have binoculars available to loan, a ranger will show you how to use your binoculars, then we'll head down the trail to see what feathered friends we can find!

The San Antonio River Trail is a wide, shaded, dirt trail with slight elevation changes.

Meet in the picnic area near the head of the San Antonio River Trail. Program will end here also.

Park entrance fees apply- $4 per person, free for kids 12 & under.
