Sensory Boards

Experience nature through touch and sound! Sensory boards are a way to connect with nature for people with different abilities and limitations, bringing nature to you in a fun, tactile way.

A series of sensory boards will teach you about different birds found in the park. Each board has elements to touch and hear, allowing you to learn about these species in a unique, hands-on way!

Program will take place on the mission grounds.

This is a come-and-go program taking place before the unveiling of the new tactile model of the mission compound.

Program is free with park entrance ($4 per person, free for kids 12 & under)
