Join a ranger for a s’more and a nice evening by the fire!
Spend some time visiting with a ranger while making s’mores and relaxing fireside. S’mores will be available on a first come, first served basis and will be self-serve. In addition to regular s'mores ingredients, we will also have sugar free chocolate and low carb and gluten free graham crackers.
This program will take place outside, so dress for the weather. Bring your own seating, like a camp chair or stool, or a blanket to sit on the ground.
When: June 19 at 5:30 p.m.
Where: The day-use area.
Bring: Personal seating and an appetite! Dress for the weather.
Cost: This program is free with admission to the park. Day passes are $6 per person 13 and older. Park admission is free with a Texas State Parks Pass. If you will be arriving after headquarters has closed and have not purchased your day pass in advance, please be sure you have exact change to use the self-pay box.
