Story Walk
Get ready to hibernate with a nice self-guided walk and a cute story!
Take a self-guided hike on the Maple Trail as you follow along with a short children's story. Learn more about nature handles the winter time and get outside!
Trail Information:
The Maple Trail is around .75 (¾) of mile round trip. Follow the East Trail trailhead to the stairs and take a left onto the Maple Trail. Follow this trail until you reach the sign that says, “End of Maple Trail” and take a right to follow the East Trail back to the parking area. This trail is easy, but is still rocky and has small water crossings. There are some stairs and mild inclines. To avoid water crossings, turn around before the Maple Trail ends.
