Skins and Skulls

Come learn about the animals you may see in the natural area and get to touch real skins and skulls!

Have you ever wondered what a beaver feels like? Or a coyote? Do you know why animals have different teeth or eyes?

Spend some time with a ranger and get up close and personal with some of our local residents! Come see what you can learn from an animal's skin and skull.

When: July 11 at 10 a.m.

Where: The day-use area near the trailhead

Cost: This program is free with admission to the park. Day passes are $6 per person over 12 years old. Park admission is free with a Texas State Parks Pass.
