Homeschool Class: Canoeing **Multiple Times**

Learn the basics of canoeing and get out on the water to practice some teamwork with your family! Explore the beauty of Steinhagan Lake.

Canoes can hold up to 4 people or 750lbs. Canoes must have at least 1 adult, and 1 other person that is able to paddle. Babies are not allowed on the canoe trip.

This program has limited space and will be offered 3 times during the day. Include your preferred time at registration.

This program has limited capacity and requires RSVP to attend.

Please arrive at the park about 15 minutes before your program. This will give you time to check in at Headquarters (Hen House Ridge Unit/Unit on the south side of the highway) and pick up your day-use permit.

Entrance fees are waived for RSVP’d participants, permits are still required.

After check-in, meet at Walnut Slough Day Use Area (Walnut Ridge Unit). Please note: there are no restrooms at the launch site.
