See Mother Neff State Park like you've never seen it before! Equipped with black lights and red flashlights, join a park ranger for a guided hike in the dark to try to see and hear the amazing nocturnal creatures that only come out at night! Space is limited for this event.
Our world changes drastically once the sun goes down, if you know where to look, you may be able to find some of the amazing critters that call the night home! Join a park ranger for a short hike along the Prairie Loop as you learn about the nocturnal residents of Texas!

Meet: At the Visitor Center
Bring: Water, insect repellant, closed-toe shoes, a flashlight preferably with a red lens. (The park as a limited supply of red flashlights we can loan out)
Cost: Free with park admission. Park admission is free with a Texas State Parks Pass. Day passes can be purchased ahead of time on our website.
