Wildlife Tax Valuation Workshop - Virtual Workshop

Biologists will provide an overview of the wildlife tax valuation, developing a wildlife management plan, and management practices.

Texas Parks and Wildlife will host a free VIRTUAL workshop for landowners interested in Wildlife Tax Valuation on Saturday, Mar 7th. Sign-in starts at 9:45pm. Our program will begin at 10pm and will end at 2pm. Participants will be sent links to recorded videos that provide an overview of the wildlife tax valuation, wildlife management plan development, and applicable management practices. During the live session, there will be a Q&A session and opportunity for individual plan preparation with a TPWD Biologist.

Links to recorded videos and the virtual workshop link will be sent to registered participants once they registered.

Who should attend? Texas landowners interested in wildlife tax valuation for their property.

*You may attend any workshop regardless of the county you live in or where your property is located.

*Landowners must have a current 1-D-1 appraisal (also known as an ag exemption) to be eligible for the Wildlife Tax Valuation.

*Everyone is welcome to attend the workshop to learn even if they do not have property or a 1-D-1 appraisal.

*An email will be sent to participants after successful registration with the links to recorded videos and the link to the live session.
