The Waco Inland Fisheries District built and deployed a single freshwater reef comprised of 4 rectangular PVC fish habitat structures. The reef was placed near the lower end of the reservoir during November 2021 to help attract and hold sportfish for anglers. This is the only freshwater reef that has been deployed in Alvarado Park Lake. Coordinates are listed below and available for download.
