- Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
- Olive Oil
- Thyme
- Lemon

Tear off a sheet of Aluminum Foil
Drizzle Olive Oil over the sheet
Take your cleaned trout and spread the olive oil around, then flip and repeat, coating both sides of the fish.
Place a few sprigs of Thyme inside the cleaned trout
Add 2-3 lemon slices inside the trout
Place a few more sprigs of thyme on the lemon slices.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper to the inside of the trout
Then add a pinch of salt and pepper to the outside skin of the trout.
Pinch and fold the top and sides of the foil to seal in the trout.
Place the foil-sealed trout in the oven for 15 minutes at 400℉ or on the stovetop in a cast iron skillet at medium heat.
Peel off the skin. The meat should flake.
