Kerrville Venison Kabobs


Ingredients

  • Venison, cubed
  • 4 cups Soy Sauce
  • 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ½ cup Tarragon Vinegar
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil
  • 12 cloves Garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Pepper (lite)
  • 2 teaspoons Ginger
  • Onion, chopped
  • No Salt

Instructions

Blend all the ingredients; add the meat and refrigerate for 12-24 hours.

Remove meat, skewer and grill until tender.

Discard remaining marinade.
